Job Description
Learner-centered, and engaging Math Facilitator for the primary years, specifically for Grades 3, 4, and 5. The facilitator will be responsible for creating meaningful and interactive learning experiences that help learners develop conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and confidence in mathematics.
Candidate should have -
Strong understanding of primary mathematics concepts and pedagogy
Ability to simplify concepts and make learning engaging for young learners
Effective lesson planning and classroom management skills
Good communication , collaborative and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to differentiate instruction based on learner needs
Confidence in using digital tools for teaching, assessment, and communication
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to build positive relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues
Creativity, patience, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset
