We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mathematics Curriculum Developer to design and develop engaging math curriculum, lesson plans, and learning resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, instructional design, and pedagogy to create content that simplifies complex concepts and enhances student learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and structure math curriculum, lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments across different grade levels.
- Create engaging and innovative teaching resources for both classroom and online learning.
- Align curriculum with academic standards, NEP guidelines, and institutional requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and academic coordinators to ensure effectiveness of materials.
- Design worksheets, quizzes, test papers, and problem-solving activities.
- Integrate modern teaching methods and digital tools for better engagement and understanding.
- Review and update curriculum content periodically to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct teacher training sessions on effective usage of curriculum materials.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics (conceptual clarity and application).
- Experience in curriculum design, pedagogy, and instructional strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning apps).
