Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the position of Master Trainer. The Master Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training modules, conducting workshops, evaluating training outcomes, and mentoring trainers. The role requires effective communication with diverse groups, facilitation of interactive sessions, and the ability to address logistical challenges. Additionally, the Trainer will assist in developing content and ensuring the relevance and impact of educational and social development programs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Training Module Design, and Presentation Skills
  • Strong Facilitation, Workshop Delivery, and Public Speaking abilities
  • Experience with Leadership Development, Coaching, and Mentoring
  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Team Collaboration
  • Familiarity with Social Development, Community Engagement, and Educational Initiatives
  • Proficient in Program Evaluation, Report Writing, and Data Analysis for assessing impact
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Eagerness to travel and work with diverse communities and rural populations
  • Problem-solving acumen and adaptability to dynamic on-ground challenges
  • Knowledge of local languages apart from English and Hindi would be advantageous
