About the Role

We are looking for passionate and creative educators to join our YouTube teaching team as Master Teachers. In this role, you will create fun, clear, and interactive video lessons for foundation-level students (up to 10th Standard). You'll focus on simplifying concepts in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social Science, or Mathematics with the help of relatable examples, visuals, and engaging explanations. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Plan and deliver video lessons for foundation-level topics using slides, diagrams, animations, and real-life examples.
• Curriculum Alignment: Ensure lessons follow the syllabus and include exam tips to build student confidence.
• Engagement & Interaction: Encourage student participation through comments, discussions, and doubt-solving.
• Assessment & Feedback: Design quizzes, practice questions, and assignments to check understanding and provide helpful feedback.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated on syllabus changes and experiment with new teaching methods to make learning exciting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area (Master's preferred).
• 12 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply).
• Comfortable teaching on camera and explaining concepts clearly.
• Basic knowledge of creating slides
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.
