We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level data management solutions. This role will be responsible for building scalable architectures, ensuring data quality, and driving harmonization across systems to support business-critical decision-making. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver trusted, consistent, and high-quality master data.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design Define detailed solution architectures and technical designs for MDM implementations.
MDM Strategy Develop and enforce enterprise-wide MDM frameworks, policies, and standards.
Data Governance Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Data Quality Management Design and implement processes for data validation, verification, and cleansing to improve reliability.
Automation & Monitoring Build automated tools, workflows, and dashboards to track data quality KPIs.
System Integration Lead integration of MDM solutions with cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, and analytics systems.
Profiling & Health Checks Conduct regular profiling and health assessments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders, IT, and data stewards to align MDM initiatives with organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
MDM Expertise Proven experience in architecting and deploying Master Data Management solutions at scale.
Data Quality & Governance Strong knowledge of profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and governance frameworks.
Cloud Proficiency Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for MDM and data integration.
Systems Integration Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and IT infrastructure for enterprise systems.
Architecture Frameworks Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent enterprise architecture methodologies.
Problem-Solving Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive scalable solutions.
Communication Strong stakeholder management and the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
