Role Objective-
Own and scale paid advertising performance across marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart
to drive revenue growth and improve advertising efficiency for our Cultsport Hardlines Team
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Advertising Management
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
Keyword research, bid optimisation, and placement strategy
Budget allocation across SKUs based on ROI, margins, and inventory depth
2. Revenue & Efficiency Optimisation
Improve ROAS, CPC efficiency, CTR, and conversion rates
Monitor and optimise cost per order and contribution after ads
3. SKU-Level Growth Strategy
Identify hero, growth, and tail SKUs for scale
Launch and scale new products using structured advertising strategy
Align spends with margin profile, seasonality, and organic rank potential
4. Listing & Funnel Optimisation
Improve CTR via creatives, titles, and keyword relevance
Improve CVR via pricing, reviews, content, and offers
Drive organic rank improvement through keyword coverage and ad support
5. Performance Tracking & Insights
Own weekly and monthly performance dashboards
Analyse spend vs revenue, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and SKU performance
Identify optimisation levers and growth opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
26 years experience in Amazon / Flipkart performance marketing
Proven track record managing significant monthly ad spends
Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills
Understanding of marketplace algorithms and keyword ranking dynamics
Experience in D2C or private label brands preferred
