Role Overview:

Were looking for a Manager Marketplace who will own and scale our marketplace business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and others. This role is critical in driving revenue, brand visibility, and operational efficiency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for owning the P&L for all marketplace platforms and driving monthly sales targets with a strongfocus on performance and profitability.

You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels, including managing catalog accuracy, pricing,promotions, and campaigns.

You will work closely with internal teams like inventory, operations, brand, and finance to ensure seamless execution,stock availability, and timely product uploads.

You&aposll analyze data to track KPIs like sales, conversions, returns, and ratings, and use insights to drive decisions. Youll also manage day-to-day relationships with category managers on each platform, negotiate visibility opportunities,and explore new channel partnerships.

The role demands ownership, analytical thinking, and a strong bias for action in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

What Youll Need:

46 years of experience managing large-scale marketplace accounts (Amazon is a must)

Proven track record of hitting sales targets and improving key metrics

Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfort with data dashboards

Hustler mindset able to work independently, solve problems, and move fast

Experience in a fast-growing startup or D2C brand is a strong plus
