Job Title: Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Manager to build and scale our presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. This role will own end-to-end marketplace operations, from product listing and catalog creation to performance optimization and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and experienced in managing online marketplace ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
- Manage and optimize brand presence across major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand representation, accurate product information, and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Coordinate with platform account managers to leverage promotional opportunities and campaigns.
- Create, upload, and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and keywords.
- Ensure listings are SEO-optimized to improve visibility and conversions.
- Regularly audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and performance.
- Handle bulk uploads, catalog updates, and new product launches.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions aligned with business goals.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.
- Generate reports and insights to improve listing performance and sales growth.
- Identify underperforming SKUs and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor returns, cancellations, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.
- Manage product availability and visibility on quick commerce platforms.
- Ensure fast-moving SKUs are prioritized and optimized for quick delivery channels.
- Collaborate with quick commerce partners to maximize reach and sales.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce/marketplace accounts for a fashion, shapewear, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Hands-on experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keywords, and digital merchandising.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or managing product listings on quick commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or BB Now.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and paid campaigns.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
