Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketplace & Channel Manager to lead growth across digital marketplaces and partner channels within the healthcare ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving revenue expansion, optimizing channel performance, and building scalable partnerships while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Growth & Management

  • Own end-to-end management of key marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, PharmEasy, etc.)
  • Drive revenue growth through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, and visibility optimization
  • Monitor marketplace KPIs: sales, conversion, CAC, ROI, and profitability
  • Manage listings, catalog hygiene, and content optimization in line with healthcare regulations

2. Channel Expansion & Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners (B2B, B2C, institutional, and digital)
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, aggregators, and healthcare platforms
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and growth plans with partners
  • Develop GTM strategies for new channel launches

3. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual growth plans across channels
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, including cross-selling and bundling
  • Work closely with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and demand generation
  • Drive data-backed decision-making through regular analysis and reporting

4. Operations & Execution

  • Coordinate with supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure availability and fulfillment
  • Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and SLA adherence
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, certifications, and platform policies

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams: marketing, product, regulatory, and finance
  • Act as the POC for marketplace and channel partners
  • Present business reviews, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership

Key Requirements:

  • 510 years of experience in marketplace/channel management, preferably in healthcare/pharma/medtech
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketplaces and partner channels
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, product regulations, and category nuances
  • Experience working with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with strong command over Excel/data tools
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent in Business/Marketing
  • Experience in D2C healthcare brands or healthtech startups
  • Exposure to performance marketing and digital commerce
