Role Overview
We are seeking a certified Marketo Campaign Manager to support global demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs. This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing Marketo campaigns integrated with Salesforce, ensuring accurate campaign architecture, segmentation, reporting, and cross-channel orchestration.
Key Responsibilities
Marketo Campaign Execution & Operations
- Build and execute end-to-end campaigns in Adobe Marketo, including email, nurture, webinar, and lifecycle programs
- Develop and manage engagement programs, smart campaigns, and program templates
- Configure tokens, snippets, dynamic content, and personalization logic
- Maintain campaign quality assurance, testing, and deployment standards
Salesforce & Campaign Architecture Ownership
- Own and manage SFDC campaign architecture aligned with Marketo programs
- Configure and maintain campaign hierarchies, member statuses, and attribution structure
- Manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and routing logic across MarketoSFDC
- Ensure data sync integrity and CRM governance
Segmentation, Journey & Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies
- Build nurture streams and customer journey flows across lifecycle stages
- Optimize lead qualification, progression, and engagement scoring
Omnichannel Campaign Orchestration
- Support integrated campaigns across email and additional channels (webinars, events, paid media, social, content syndication)
- Ensure consistent messaging and tracking across channels
- Coordinate campaign calendars and cross-functional execution
Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
- Develop campaign reporting and dashboards beyond email metrics
- Track funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance in Marketo/SFDC
- Analyze results and recommend optimization strategies
- Support attribution and ROI measurement
Platform Governance & Integration
- Maintain Marketo instance health, naming conventions, and folder structure
- Support MarketoSalesforce integrations and data management processes
- Contribute to MAP enhancements, migrations, or re-platforming initiatives
- Demonstrate awareness of APIs and marketing technology integrations
Required Qualifications
- 46 years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience
- Adobe Marketo Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with MarketoSalesforce integration and campaign setup
- Expertise in nurture programs, segmentation, and lead scoring
- Experience in campaign reporting and lifecycle management
- Understanding of omnichannel demand-generation programs
- Experience working in global marketing or B2B environments
