As a Marketing Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing and enhancing customer experiences that foster client growth by integrating insights from various business functions. This role requires shaping strategic transformation journeys within the Marketing domain, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational vision. The practitioner collaborates across departments to harmonize Marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, driving impactful change and innovation throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of transformation strategies that enhance Marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure cohesive execution of Marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and managing comprehensive Marketing performance dashboards.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into measurable Marketing metrics and reports.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Skilled in identifying trends and patterns to support strategic Marketing decisions.

Additional Information:
