Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Training Specialist, based in New Delhi with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. In this role, you will design and deliver marketing training programs, support social media marketing initiatives, and provide training sessions for the development of internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also work on creating and implementing marketing strategies, enabling effective communication and alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to foster sales growth and increase Youth United Festival's visibility is a key component of this role.
Salary starting from 15000
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences
- Expertise in Marketing and knowledge of Social Media Marketing trends and tools
- Experience in designing and delivering effective Training programs
- Familiarity with Sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate with on-site and remote teams
- Proficiency in time management and prioritization of tasks
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training and marketing impact
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field is preferred
- Experience or a strong interest in working with youth-focused programs is a plus
