We're Hiring: Marketing Telecaller (Real Estate) – Indore
- Shubham Group is looking to build a strong calling team to manage and convert inbound leads from our marketing campaigns.
Role:
- Call and connect with incoming leads
- Understand customer requirements (budget, timeline, location)
- Follow up regularly and maintain proper records
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
Who Should Apply:
- 0–3 years experience (telecalling / sales preferred)
- Strong Hindi communication (basic English is a plus)
- Comfortable with Excel
- Disciplined with follow-ups
Compensation:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Location: Indore (Work from Office)
