Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Marketing Team at United Medicity, based in Prayagraj. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships to improve satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams, design promotional campaigns, and contribute to achieving the organization's outreach goals. Effective communication will be key to building and maintaining partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and partners
- Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze trends and develop data-driven marketing plans
- Experience in Sales and an ability to drive marketing initiatives that support business development
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital tools and marketing software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be an added advantage
