We are a growth-oriented organization building structured and process-driven marketing systems across multiple brands. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who can advise the CEO on strategic initiatives while also driving day-to-day execution with strong ownership and leadership.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing structured marketing processes, leading the team, and ensuring campaigns are well-planned, implemented, and tracked efficiently.

You will work directly with the CEO - contributing to marketing strategy, execution priorities, team planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

• Work closely with the CEO on 360-degree marketing strategies
• Build structured weekly & monthly marketing plans
• Lead campaign execution, priorities, and team follow-ups
• Maintain accountability on deliverables & timelines
• Directly report progress and recommendations to the CEO

Marketing Operations

• Manage content planning (weekly & next-week schedule)
• Ensure brand-style, tone & design consistency
• Create simple dashboards & weekly reporting insights
• Oversee lead flow so no leads are missed

Channels & Execution

• LinkedIn Ads - running, optimization & tracking
• Meta Ads & Google Ads campaign execution
• Social media posting, scheduling & engagement
• Community & DM response management
• Copywriting - especially newsletters & email content

CRM & Automation (Zoho CRM)

• Lead entry, tagging, stages & lifecycle tracking
• Email campaigns, sequences & drip workflows
• Automation triggers & follow-up systems
• Lead nurturing & pipeline hygiene

Growth & Acquisition

• Organic growth & engagement strategies
• Organic lead generation (SEO / email nurturing)

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in marketing leadership / team management
• Proven experience in campaign execution + planning
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads / Google Ads
• Zoho CRM & automation workflows
• Email campaigns & newsletters
• Excellent written communication & email writing skills
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization & ownership mindset
• Ability to manage weekly plans, dashboards & follow-ups
