Role Overview
We are looking for a consulting-oriented professional with experience in marketing analytics and campaign insights within the BFSI domain. The role requires working closely with international stakeholders (US/UK), delivering data-driven insights, and supporting strategic decision-making for marketing initiatives.
This is not an execution-heavy marketing rolethe focus is on analytics, insights, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate marketing campaign performance across channels
- Generate actionable insights on customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Support campaign measurement frameworks, including attribution and ROI analysis
- Partner with global stakeholders (US/UK clients) to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions
- Create client-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports
- Work with cross-functional teams (data, tech, business) to drive outcomes
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 45 years of experience in consulting / analytics roles
- Prior experience working on Banking / BFSI projects (Retail Banking, Cards, Lending, etc.)
- Exposure to campaign analytics / marketing analytics (not purely execution roles)
- Experience managing international stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills (deck-building, insights presentation)
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Understanding of marketing funnels, customer lifecycle, and campaign measurement
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Background
- Candidates from consulting firms (Big4, Accenture, or similar)
- Experience in client-facing roles with analytical problem-solving exposure

- Pure digital marketing / campaign execution profiles
- Candidates without BFSI domain exposure
- Backend analysts with no stakeholder interaction experience
