Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Copods social media strategy with a strong foundation in research, platform-specific planning, messaging frameworks, and target audience profiling.
- Strategically plan, create, publish, and share engaging content (text, images, videos) daily to build brand affinity and strengthen customer relationships.
- Create and distribute content across various channels, including social media, blog articles, e-newsletters, and web pages.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and internal teams to ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, campaign results, and industry trends to refine and optimize strategy continuously.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their brand voice, objectives, and market positioning to create tailored social media strategies.
- Develop and present creative pitch decks for client campaigns and new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple brand mandates across sectors with a strong grasp of B2B marketing strategies and tone differentiation.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies, and actively suggest innovative ideas to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media strategy, account management, or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in content creation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles with the ability to manage multiple brand voices and client mandates.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
