Role Description

The Marketing Staff role is a full-time, on-site position located in Pune City. The individual will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales efforts. Key responsibilities include creating marketing plans, analyzing market trends, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Skilled in conducting Market Research and identifying key trends
• Experienced in Marketing Strategy and Sales to drive business growth
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms related to marketing is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
