Job Description

CBOSIT Technologies is seeking a results-driven Zoho Marketing Specialist to join our team of digital transformation consultants. We need a lead generation enginesomeone who can take our marketing vision and turn it into reality using the power of the Zoho Marketing Suite.

As a key player in our growth, you will be responsible for orchestrating campaigns that attract new business while ensuring our internal marketing activities are automated, tracked, and optimized. What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation Engine: Design and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Ads, Email, Social, Web) to attract businesses seeking digital transformation.

  • Media Management: Take ownership of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Create, monitor, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns to drive a steady stream of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).

  • Zoho Marketing Mastery: Own and manage the Zoho Marketing suite, including Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, and Zoho PageSense.

  • Automation Architect: Build advanced marketing automation workflows to nurture leads from initial click to sales-ready status, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team in Zoho CRM.

  • Collaborative Support: Act as the technical backbone for other marketing team memberstaking their content and ideas and implementing them efficiently within the Zoho ecosystem.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Zoho Analytics to track campaign performance (CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates) and provide actionable reports to leadership.



Requirements

What You'll Bring:

You are a perfect fit if you have 2 to 4 years of experience in the following:

  • Ads Expertise: Proven track record in managing Google Ads (Search/Display) and LinkedIn Ads specifically for B2B lead generation.

  • Zoho Marketing Prowess: Practical experience using Zoho's marketing tools to drive business results.

  • Lead Gen Strategy: A knack for identifying high-intent keywords and building landing pages that actually convert.

  • Communication Magic: Strong copywriting and communication skills to engage potential clients and collaborate effectively with the internal team.

  • The Agile Mindset: Ability to pivot quickly, A/B test ad copy, and work within a fast-paced Scrum environment.




Tech Prowess Required:

  • Advertising Platforms: Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Zoho Marketing Suite: Proficiency in Campaigns, Social, SalesIQ, and Forms.

  • Tracking & Analytics: Experience with Google Tag Manager, Conversion Pixels, and Zoho Analytics.

  • Automation Logic: Ability to visualize customer journeys using tools like Miro or LucidChart.
