Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports IKIO's retail and national account growth through digital marketing execution, product content management, campaign support, and performance analytics. This role works cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure IKIO products are accurately represented and competitively positioned across digital and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and technical content for digital channels and partner marketplaces.

Support new product launches including item setup, SKU optimization, content readiness, and go-live tracking.

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO, paid search, promotions, and marketplace advertising.

Maintain and optimize listings on third-party marketplaces and distributor platforms.

Track and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to align marketing execution with business priorities.

Ensure catalog accuracy, platform compliance, and timely resolution of content or listing issues.

Required Qualifications

14 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or e-commerce roles

Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing fundamentals

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads

Experience in lighting, electrical, or industrial products
