Job Description
- Responsible for developing top-of-mind brand awareness in regional market using media, sponsorships, and industry engagement opportunities.
- Work hand in hand with sales team & business line managers, also will coordinate local marketing, manage effective use of budget spending, track community/regional spend and demonstrate ROI.
- Implements marketing programs by utilizing the best marketing mix of digital & traditional campaigns to accomplish marketing goals.
- Create communication platform with Incubation hubs, industry bodies, association & trade bodies to create the brand value.
- Propose new marketing programs to the team after considerate evaluation.
- Negotiate and lead all local sponsorships and partnerships.
- Manage local brand media spend, creative selection and asset delivery.
- Provides inputs on the ROI analysis of media investments.
- Stay apprised of and report on competitive efforts/offers in the local market.
- Create & execute marketing plan for Mouser to achieve an advantage over competitors.
- Develop means of measuring effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns, including advertising and communications strategy.
- Attend and contribute to staff conferences to educate management about research findings and discuss proposals for branding and promoting products & campaigns.
- Forecast and track trends in marketing and sales, monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
- Supports presentations, campaign updates and act as the communication nerve center for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence.
- Executes Mouser events, participate in joint event with suppliers. Cooperates in the organization of events and exhibitions in assigned regions and is responsible for in-time.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as digital, offline, email, advertising social media, traditional media, etc.
- Strong ability and desire to do multi-tasking.
- Hands on Google analytics and research, excel sheet.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a marketing or equivalent discipline.
