We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to supercharge DROPZ's online growth. You'll execute high-impact campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email, and affiliate channels, driving traffic, conversions, and sell-outs that make every drop a cultural explosion.

• Execute Paid Campaigns: Set up, optimize, and scale ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat - targeting lookalikes, retargeting, and hype-driven creatives to hit ROAS targets and fuel drop sell-outs.

• Boost SEO & Content Discovery: Research keywords, optimize product pages, and collaborate on blog/landing content to rank higher and drive organic traffic to drops.

• Run Email & SMS Flows: Build automated sequences for pre-drop teasers, cart abandonment, post-purchase upsells, and VIP access - personalizing for maximum open rates and conversions.

• Manage Affiliate & Referral Programs: Recruit micro-influencers and ambassadors, track performance, and payout commissions to amplify reach and authenticity.

• Analyze Campaign Performance: Dive into GA4, Facebook Pixel, and Klaviyo dashboards to track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution - delivering weekly insights to refine strategies.

• Support Cross-Channel Synergy: Align with social, content, and partnership teams to ensure seamless messaging from teaser to sell-out.

• Test & Iterate Creatives: A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to uncover winners that accelerate drop velocity.

• Stay Platform-Savvy: Monitor algorithm updates, ad policies, and emerging channels to keep DROPZ's marketing agile and ahead of the curve.

• A digital marketer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience running paid ads, email campaigns, SEO, or affiliate programs - ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or a high-growth startup/agency environment.

• Data-driven and analytical, proficient in Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking and optimization.

• Creative and strategic executor who transforms hype concepts into high-converting campaigns, with a proven track record of improving ROAS, CTR, or customer acquisition metrics.

• Culturally plugged-in and trend-obsessed, with a deep understanding of fashion, lifestyle, limited-edition drops, and the behaviors that drive viral moments and sell-outs.

• Collaborative and agile team player, syncing seamlessly with creative, social, growth, and partnership teams to deliver unified, on-brand experiences across every drop.

• Organized under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, high-volume campaigns, and the ability to juggle multiple channels without missing a beat.
