Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Lead : Content & Marketing Operations who will play a pivotal role in enabling marketing execution, internal communications, event delivery, and sales enablement. This role sits at the intersection of content, operations, and stakeholder management, ensuring consistent execution of global and APAC marketing priorities while tailoring them for India.

The role requires strong coordination skills, an eye for quality, comfort working with multiple stakeholders (sales, delivery, leadership, APAC, global marketing), and the ability to translate strategies into executed outcomes, from campaigns and events to decks, case studies, and customer-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Ways of Working

  • Act as a bridge between India, APAC, and global marketing teams to implement agreed ways of working, processes, and timelines.
  • Support rollout and adoption of brand updates, global campaigns, playbooks, and guidelines within India teams.
  • Ensure operational rigor across marketing initiatives, tracking deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

Event Execution & Promotions

  • Manage end-to-end event execution for internal and external events, including:
  • Pre-event promotions (emailers, internal buzz, social, sales enablement messaging)
  • On-ground or virtual event coordination with vendors and stakeholders
  • Post-event promotions (recaps, highlight decks, social posts, internal updates, lead handover support)
  • Partner with APAC and global teams to localize event narratives and assets for India audiences.

Content & Sales Enablement

  • Own creation and management of sales enablement assets, including:
  • Capability decks, solution decks, and customer presentations
  • Case studies (written, visual, and presentation formats)
  • Marketing collaterals and one-pagers
  • Work closely with sales teams to customize customer decks, proposals, and RFP support materials.
  • Ensure all assets are brand-compliant, current, and easy for sales to access and reuse.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with:
  • Sales leadership and account teams
  • India marketing stakeholders
  • APAC and global marketing teams
  • Act as a reliable execution partner, converting requests and strategies into clear outputs.

Internal Communications

  • Own and execute internal communications in collaboration with leadership and HR, including:
  • Leadership updates and announcements
  • India-specific adaptations of global communications
  • Campaign, event, and initiative communications
  • Ensure messaging is timely, clear, aligned to brand voice, and relevant to India stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience across marketing operations, content, internal communications, events, or sales enablement.
  • Experience working in matrixed, global organizations with APAC or global stakeholders preferred.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and execution (not just strategy).
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Comfortable creating and editing PowerPoint decks, case studies, and sales collaterals.
  • Strong written communication skills for internal and sales-facing audiences.
  • High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt global content and campaigns for local relevance.
