Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive high-quality lead generation through hyper-localized digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage large budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI and CPL, and collaborate with sales and CRM teams to meet business goals for lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, and Programmatic.
  • Run hyper-local campaigns targeting specific geographies and parent segments.

Budget & ROI Management:

  • Manage a monthly marketing budget of 40–50 lakhs, ensuring ROI goals are consistently met.
  • Monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) and optimize funnel metrics to meet lead targets.

Data & Analytics:

  • Analyze campaign performance and lead quality to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards detailing CPL, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics.

CRM & Lead Management:

  • Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage pipeline movement, and ensure accurate lead disposition.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead volume with centre-level demand.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Present weekly/monthly campaign reports with insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, sales, and centre teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
