Role: Marketing Specialist (Brand | Customer Engagement/Events led Growth | Content)

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to support key marketing initiatives across Brand Marketing, Customer Engagement/Events led growth, and Content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams, and building impactful marketing programs that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement and growth.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Leadership, Creative, and Partners) and contribute to executing high-priority marketing initiatives that elevate Karix's market positioning.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1) Brand Marketing
- Bring in new ideas and support brand-building initiatives including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
- Drive consistency and quality across marketing assets by ensuring alignment with brand tone, design principles, and value proposition.
- Execute initiatives to strengthen brand presence via digital channels, marketing materials, partner communication, and leadership visibility.
- Coordinate creation of high-quality assets (presentations, one-pagers, brochures, decks) in collaboration with design and internal teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify brand differentiation opportunities and emerging narratives in CPaaS/conversational engagement.
2) Customer Engagement & Events led growth
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of events: conferences, roundtables, roadshows, partner events, webinars, and internal brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
- Own event marketing assets including invites, event pages, standees, collaterals, speaker decks and post-event reports.
- Support post-event outcomes: lead follow-ups, campaign wrap-up communication, and performance reporting (engagement, participation, pipeline impact).
3) Content & Communication
- Develop and refine content for emailers, social posts, event communication, and marketing collateral.
- Translate customer personas and pain points into relevant messaging and narratives.
- Write concept notes, briefs, and campaign messaging tailored to audience segments and business goals.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats such as decks, short posts, infographics, and event-ready material.
- Support content alignment across teams to maintain consistency and quality.
What You Should Have
- 35 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred) with exposure to brand marketing, event marketing, and content.
- Strong project management skills ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong writing and copy-editing skills with an ability to craft crisp, audience-centric messaging.
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset comfortable taking responsibility and following through.
- Working knowledge of tools like MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and marketing platforms like HubSpot, Canva, or similar.
- MBA / equivalent degree in Marketing preferred.
