WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Campaign Execution: planning outreach to Warm audience; collaborate with the operations team to schedule and distribute marketing campaigns effectively; monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Reporting & Insights: prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends; present findings and insights to the marketing team.

- Research & Analysis: research our audience to improve current outreach or find other campaign ideas.

MUST HAVE

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing (internships included).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Attention to details and organizational skills.

- Intermediate English level.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

- Previous experience conducting outreach campaigns and knowledge of marketing principles.

- Experience with lead generation, CRM.

- Experience working in or knowledge of the tech or software development industry.
