Role Overview:
This role begins as a senior individual contributor and may evolve into a leadership position, with ownership of building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team over time. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with 710 years of experience preferably in IT, SaaS, HealthTech, or FinTech, who can conceptualize, blueprint, and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and drive its execution for new and existing brands.
The role requires strong exposure to US markets and US clients, deep hands-on experience across modern digital marketing, AI tools, CRM platforms, and the ability to operate with MNC-level professionalism and communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Lead brand conceptualization, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for new and evolving brands
- Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, ICP definition, and messaging frameworks
- Create marketing blueprints aligned to business goals, revenue targets, and market maturity
Growth & Digital Marketing
- Own and execute growth marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, social media, content, and websites
- Drive demand generation, lead quality improvement, and funnel optimization
- Partner with sales and leadership to align marketing outcomes with revenue objectives
Marketing Technology & AI
- Hands-on ownership of CRM platforms, marketing automation, AI-driven tools, and analytics
- Implement and optimize AI tools for content, campaign execution, research, and reporting
- Ensure marketing systems are scalable, efficient, and performance-driven
Execution & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with US stakeholders and clients, participating in meetings aligned to US time zones when required
- Maintain high corporate communication standards (verbal and written)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, leadership, and external partners
Required Experience & Skills
- 710 years of digital marketing experience preferably in IT / SaaS / HealthTech / FinTech
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor (not just a people manager)

- Comfortable working India office hours with flexibility for US meetings
