Role Description

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who can operate across marketing, content, and design, while also helping build structure and systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring structure to marketing by organizing & maintaining marketing assets, leads, and internal data
• Improve and update existing content, designs, presentations, and marketing materials
• Create new content across social media, collaterals, event, and digital platforms
• Execute and support marketing initiatives including email campaigns, SEO, and paid efforts
• Track performance and continuously improve campaigns and content
• Support the sales team with lead tracking, organization, and coordination

What Good Looks Like in This Role

• You have worked with or have a strong interest in B2B technology / IT
• You can take a task from idea execution improvement
• You create clean, high-quality marketing assets
• You bring structure to data, content, and processes
• You understand how IT / B2B / enterprise brands communicate

This role may not be suitable for

• Pure graphic designers without marketing understanding
• Social media managers without ownership of execution
• Candidates who rely heavily on templates or outsourced work

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

36 years of experience in marketing / design-led roles

Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology companies preferred

Comfortable working independently with ownership

Interested in building and scaling marketing, not just executing tasks
