About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that touches every area of marketingfrom content creation and campaign management to social media, video editing, webinars, email marketing, and event/tradeshow planning.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a skilled executor, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output and a consistent brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write, edit, and publish blog posts, website copy, case studies, and landing pages
- Craft compelling headlines and calls-to-action aligned with brand tone and SEO best practices
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Engage with audiences, track performance, and grow community presence
- Repurpose blog and video content into social-first formats
Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
- Segment lists and personalize messaging for engagement and conversions
- Analyze performance and continuously optimize for open and click-through rates
Video & Multimedia
- Edit and repurpose video content for social media, webinars, and marketing campaigns
- Create short-form promotional videos or interview recaps
- Use tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or Descript
Webinars & Podcasts
- Plan and coordinate monthly webinars and podcast episodes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, guest speakers, and hosts
- Promote through email and social campaigns, and manage post-event repurposing
Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Support and manage integrated marketing campaigns from idea to execution
- Track KPIs across campaigns and deliver performance insights using GA4, HubSpot, or similar
- Propose creative ways to improve funnel performance
Event & Tradeshow Planning
- Plan and coordinate logistics for industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
- Manage promotional strategy, booth materials, giveaways, and signage
- Ensure alignment between event marketing and broader campaign goals
- Coordinate with sales on event goals and lead follow-up processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing generalist or specialist role
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for brand voice and clarity
- Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, and a social scheduling tool (e.g., Buffer, Later, Sprout Social)
- Experience with basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Descript, or equivalent)
- Previous experience with event or tradeshow marketing coordination
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and leadership teams
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in SaaS or B2B tech industries
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Figma)
- SEO knowledge or experience with tools like Semrush, Clearscope, or SurferSEO
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows
