In this role, as a part of Sales & Marketing team at Uhlmann India Pvt Ltd, based in Chakan, Pune, India, you'll be responsible for Regional Marketing functions, leveraging your campaign management, content management and event management skills. You will be working closely with global teams to adapt and implement key marketing strategies locally.

Campaign Management & Content Management:
- Implements & coordinates regional campaigns
- Campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Creating engaging B2B content, supporting global team, and driving content strategies
- Content optimization using marketing tools
Event Management:
- Planning, executing, and delivering B2B events, webinars & seminars
- End to end execution of trade shows, webinars & seminars
- Logistics, marketing, and ROI analysis
- Driving engagement and lead generation through events
Account Management:
- Close coordination with global marketing team
- Close coordination with sales team
- Budgeting, monitoring and reporting on marketing plan as per roadmap
Brand Representation:
- Represent the company professionally, acting as a brand ambassador in all interactions

Education:
- Bachelor/ Master's in business administration having specialisation in Marketing Management
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 8+ years in marketing domain
- Capital equipment industry experience preferred
- Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Analytics, PowerBI
Professional competencies:
- Campaigns, content strategies and events management exposure
- Lead generation, branding, PR and thought leadership
- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, web platforms, analytics to optimize campaigns and event
- Working closely with sales teams to support regional business goals through marketing efforts
- Management of external service providers, agencies and media partners for campaigns
- Content creation and event organization
