Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing professional who can ideate, plan, and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives for the brand. This role is for someone who understands brand-building, culture-driven marketing, and storytelling, not limited to paid ads or performance marketing alone.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with FEYDOR's brand identity and business goals
• Ideate and plan brand campaigns, product launches, drops, and collaborations
• Drive content direction for social media, website, campaigns, and lookbooks in coordination with design and creative teams
• Work on organic growth strategies including social media, community building, influencer outreach, PR, and brand collaborations
• Coordinate with stylists, creators, photographers, and cultural platforms to build brand visibility
• Plan and manage marketing calendars (monthly & quarterly)
• Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly
• Collaborate closely with founders, design, and production teams to maintain brand consistency
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing / Brand Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion, youth culture, and digital trends
• Ability to think creatively and execute ideas independently
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing, PR, and content strategy
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Data-driven mindset with creative thinking
Good to Have
• Experience in D2C fashion or lifestyle brands
• Exposure to influencer seeding, fashion PR, or celebrity styling
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer funnels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
