Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Curate compelling content and promotional materials to drive course promotion and brand awareness.

● Manage push notifications, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers.

● Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.

● Develop out-of-the-box ideas to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness.

● Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

● Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing creatives for marketing materials.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, support, and tech, to optimize the customer experience and increase retention.

● Generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and activities.

● Manage affiliate programs to drive sales and revenue.

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments

Requirements:

● Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

● Creative flair and strong copywriting abilities.

● Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.

● Proactive and comfortable to work under tight deadlines.

● Exposure to Banking, SSC, JAIIB & other competitive exams

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

● Familiarity with Marketing automation tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.

● Experience with Ed-tech companies
