Job Description

Marketing Specialist (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed B2B company that operates across global markets and is building innovative businesses in the industrial and specialty materials sector. As the business scales, they're looking to bring on a hands-on marketer who can take real ownership of execution across content, campaigns, events, and marketing operations.

This is a rare early-career opportunity to work directly with founders and business leaders — with the breadth of exposure that most marketers only find years into their career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and executing social media initiatives, particularly LinkedIn
  • Building and maintaining content calendars
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external designers to publish content
  • Supporting outbound marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Managing prospect databases, campaign lists, and marketing workflows
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting key metrics
  • Supporting industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Coordinating across commercial, technical, and leadership teams
  • Following up on deliverables and ensuring projects are completed on time
  • Taking ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and operations

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in marketing, growth, content, digital, or campaign management — in a startup, B2B company, agency, or high-growth environment
  • Experience in startups, B2B companies, agencies, or high-growth environments is welcome
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, Excel, or analytics platforms is a plus
