Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days/week (9:30 AM 6:00 PM)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist to lead strategy execution, digital campaigns, and business development for our solar energy solutions. This is a hybrid role that blends marketing creativity with sales-oriented thinking, ideal for candidates passionate about renewable energy and sustainable technology.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote solar and hybrid power solutions.
  • Identify target markets and position offerings for maximum visibility and impact.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies for better ROI.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute campaigns across digital channels: social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Use tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn for lead generation and brand building.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms to track and manage customer engagement.

Content Creation & Communication

  • Create engaging content for websites, brochures, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce visually compelling marketing material.
  • Ensure all content aligns with branding and copyright compliance.

B2B and B2C Engagement

  • Execute marketing initiatives that target both businesses and individual consumers.
  • Tailor messaging and strategies based on customer segments and market needs.

Regional Networking (South India Focus)

  • Build a strong professional network across South India through industry events, partnerships, and outreach.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, vendors, and partners.

Business Development

  • Generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and drive deal closures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • Experience: 25 years in marketing or business development, preferably in renewable energy, solar, or tech-driven sectors.
    • Skills: Digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, sales communication, strategic thinking.
    • Traits: Creative, proactive, result-oriented, excellent multitasker, strong communicator.
