Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys testing ideas, running campaigns, and figuring out what works. You'll work directly with the founder and own several projects from idea to execution. 100% remote role.

What you'll do

• Run campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, lead magnets, and outbound.
• Create content, social posts, and campaign copy.
• Build swipe files of useful ads, hooks, landing pages, and marketing ideas.
• Use AI tools to speed up execution, including vibe-coding small marketing apps.
• Track results and use what you learn to improve the next experiment.

Who we're looking for

• Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including outbound.
• Active on LinkedIn and passionate about marketing.
• Able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and conversation.
• Comfortable using AI tools and learning new ones.
• Most importantly, driven. You take ownership, follow through, and move projects forward without constant reminders.
