Social Media Manager – US & UK Market

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to build and manage Collective AEC's digital presence and promote our AEC, BIM, Architectural & Engineering services in the US and UK markets.
Responsibilities
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.
Create engaging B2B content, reels, case studies, and project showcases.
Develop and execute social media strategies for US & UK audiences.
Research AEC industry trends and competitors.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and leads.
Collaborate with the BDM/Sales team for lead generation.
Track social media performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
2–5 years of Social Media/Digital Marketing experience.
Strong LinkedIn & B2B marketing knowledge.
Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
Experience targeting US/UK audiences preferred.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and marketing tools.
AEC/BIM/Construction industry experience is a plus.
