We're a SaaS-focused company building and selling multiple software products across both B2B and B2C markets, and we need a mid-level marketer who can own the full marketing function solo. This isn't a role for someone who strategises and then hands off execution — you'll be the one writing the copy, launching the campaigns, monitoring performance, and iterating. You'll work across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and organic search, and you'll be responsible for making each channel actually work, not just maintaining a presence on it.
You'll be building from near-zero: no inherited campaigns, no established playbooks, and a lean monthly ad budget that needs to be spent with precision. That means your instincts and efficiency matter as much as your experience. You'll need to decide what to prioritise across multiple products, build the campaigns yourself, and adjust quickly based on what the data tells you. A designer or content writer will not be sitting next to you — if something needs to be written, briefed, or produced, you'll either do it or direct it.
Success in this role looks like: paid and organic channels generating measurable pipeline and product signups within the first 90 days, a consistent content and SEO rhythm established across key products, and ad spend that delivers trackable ROI rather than just impressions. You'll be judged on outcomes, not activity.
