Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager to develop and execute
marketing strategies that position CoffeeBeans as the premier partner for technology
transformation and AI readiness. This role will be instrumental in communicating our value
proposition to prospective clients and employees, and building brand awareness. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in technology marketing, with experience in data
platforms, cloud solutions, and enterprise technology services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
● Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's pivot toward
technology solutions
● Create compelling messaging and positioning for our service offerings (Data Strategy,
Data Engineering, ML Solutions, and AI agents)
● Collaborate with solution delivery teams to understand technical capabilities and
translate them into business benefits
● Work with the leadership team to refine our value proposition and market positioning
Content Development & Management
● Create high-quality, educational content that demonstrates our expertise in data and AI
platforms and technology transformation (white papers, case studies, blog posts,
webinars)
● Develop industry-specific marketing materials that address unique challenges in
healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and e-commerce
● Craft compelling case studies highlighting successful client implementations across our
service offerings
● Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials to support our business
development efforts
Digital Marketing
● Manage the company's digital marketing initiatives across various channels
● Drive traffic to our website through SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media
● Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns for the full range of our service
offerings
● Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
● Collaborate with web development teams to enhance our online presence and user
experience
Event & Partner Marketing
● Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our AI
readiness expertise
● Develop co-marketing initiatives with our technology partners (Cloud Partners and Data
& AI Partners)
● Identify speaking opportunities and industry events to enhance our visibility and thought
leadership
● Create and manage partner marketing programs to leverage partner ecosystems
Analytics & Reporting
● Establish marketing KPIs aligned with business objectives
● Track and analyze marketing campaign performance across channels
● Provide regular reports on marketing effectiveness and lead generation
● Implement data-driven approaches to continuously improve marketing ROI
Qualifications
Education & Experience
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA
preferred
● 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in IT services,
data solutions, or AI/ML space
● Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns for
technology services
● Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market businesses
Skills & Knowledge
● Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology
solutions
● Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
● Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex
technical concepts into business benefits
● Proficient in digital marketing tactics including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social
media
● Understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead generation strategies for technology
services
● Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
