Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to strengthen the company's brand presence and boost customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including verbal and written proficiency and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Experience in Market Research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Strong Sales abilities, including knowledge of sales tactics and processes that align with marketing efforts.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, are preferred.
