About the Role:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will take a more active role in executing marketing initiatives. You will contribute to various marketing operations, bringing creativity and analytical skills to support our marketing projects. This role offers a chance to deepen your marketing knowledge and make tangible contributions to team objectives.

Responsibilities:

. Execute marketing campaigns with supervision and guidance. . Develop and schedule social media posts.

. Assist in creating marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, and graphics.

. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies.

. Analyze data from marketing efforts to assess performance.

. Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing events.

. Aid in the production of marketing materials and collateral.

. Support digital marketing activities, including SEO and online advertising.

. Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for marketing campaigns.

. Manage marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Skills:

Should have 3+ Years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist

. Content Creation: Ability to create engaging marketing content.

. Social Media Management: Skills in managing and scheduling social media activity.

. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.

. Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and related tools.

. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

. Project Coordination: Skills in coordinating and managing marketing projects.

. Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough and targeted market research.

. Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

. Requires working knowledge and expanded conceptual knowledge in primary job family and broadens capabilities

. Understands key business drivers and builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers

. Performs a range of assignments and solves moderately complex problems under guidance of established policies and procedures

. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team may provide informal guidance to new team members
