QBlue Fluid Private Limited is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), committed to reducing emissions from diesel-powered vehicles and enabling a more sustainable future.

We source premium raw materials from Japan and manufacture DEF that meets ISO 22241 standards, ensuring consistent quality and performance. Recognized among the Top 10 Diesel Exhaust Fluid Manufacturers by Industry Outlook magazine, QBlue is rapidly expanding its footprint across India.

Alongside our product line, we are building a strong distribution network through dealership and DEF filling station partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & Sales Manager with a strong background in OEM and automotive sales to lead growth initiatives in Chennai and surrounding markets.

This role requires someone who understands the automotive ecosystem, can build relationships with OEMs, dealers, and large fleet operators, and drives consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on OEMs, automotive dealers, and fleet networks
  • Identify and onboard new business opportunities across automotive and industrial segments
  • Build and manage strong relationships with OEM partners, distributors, and key accounts
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts
  • Drive and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and delivery
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emission norms, and DEF market dynamics

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing & sales, preferably in OEM / automotive / lubricant/chemical industries
  • Strong network within OEMs, dealerships, or the transport ecosystem
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
  • Experience in team handling and sales leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to work independently and drive results

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

(MBA is a plus)
