- Product Marketing:Collaborate with product development teams to position new paper products or printing services effectively in the market, crafting compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Content Creation Oversight:Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, press releases, and digital content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Digital Transformation:Lead the integration of advanced marketing technologies (MarTech, CRM, analytics platforms) to enhance personalization, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer experience.
- Budget Management & ROI:Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI), and using data analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Leadership & Collaboration:Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, Sales, Operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
