Role Overview
We're looking for a high-energy intern to help us scale distribution through outbound outreach and channel automation.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, sales, and systems — not just execution, but building repeatable engines.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Build and manage targeted lead lists (startups, SMEs, founders, HRs)
* Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp
* Personalize messaging to improve response and conversion rates
* Set up and manage outreach automation tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Zapier)
* Create and optimize multi-channel outreach campaigns
* Track campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions)
* Maintain CRM and manage lead pipeline
* Ensure consistent follow-ups through automation
* Support partnership outreach (startup ecosystems, CA/CS networks)
* Identify and implement improvements in outreach workflows
Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume execution
* Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
* Interest in automation tools and AI-driven workflows
* Highly organized and execution-focused
* Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced startup environment
* Prior experience with outreach tools or internships is a plus
