Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the sales team.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their
potential.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
Identify New Market Opportunities, target segments, and geographic areas for business expansion.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and
adherence to best practices.
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi)
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Minimum 5-6 year experience. (Preferable Faucet & Building material industry)
