Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and growth-focused Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brand building, customer engagement, sales growth, and executing marketing strategies in the beauty and skincare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns

• Assist in generating leads and converting potential customers

• Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers

• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and branding initiatives

• Support social media promotions and campaign execution

• Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends

• Prepare reports and maintain sales/marketing data

• Work closely with the internal team to achieve monthly business targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Interest in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or Lifestyle brands

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized personality
