Job Description

Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Growth Evangelist to drive marketing initiatives, support sales outreach, and position TruliaCare as a trusted partner for US-based healthcare organizations. You will be at the forefront of our digital presence and lead generation effortstranslating ideas into results that fuel our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Identify and reach out to potential healthcare clients (Hospices, ACOs, physician groups, provider networks) in the US.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages for LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate initial discovery calls.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaignsSEO, email, LinkedIn, and content marketing.
  • Drive engagement through regular posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • Marketing Collateral
  • Create, update, and manage sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Use tools like Canva and Figma to design visually engaging content (nice to have).
  • Content Strategy & Brand Building
  • Collaborate on blogs, thought leadership articles, and social media calendars.
  • Maintain brand consistency and voice across digital touchpoints.
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain lead database.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline health, campaign performance, and outreach effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales (preferably for IT or healthcare software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (US audience exposure is a must).
  • Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Canva/Figma or similar tools is a plus.
