Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist in IT, located in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing training and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will focus on identifying potential clients, managing sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and meet objectives.

Skills

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Ability to provide Training and support to clients and team members to enhance skills and performance
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
• Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate (any stream)
• 0 4 years experience (IT sales / marketing preferred)
• Training or certification in marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
