Role Description

We are seeking a senior B2B marketer who can convert marketing initiatives into meaningful client conversations and pipeline opportunities.

This role combines demand generation leadership with account-based marketing (ABM) and marketing program coordination. The individual will work closely with business development teams, regional leaders, and internal marketing colleagues to drive engagement with priority accounts while ensuring marketing initiatives across regions run smoothly.

The position requires someone comfortable operating in a structured B2B environment such as enterprise technology, consulting, or professional services.

Account research, outreach assistance, website development, and design execution will be supported by the broader marketing and BD teams.

Job Location Pune/Bangalore/Remote


Key Responsibilities -

1. Demand Generation & Target Account Engagement
( 70%)

Drive structured marketing engagement with priority accounts and generate qualified leads for the business.

Expected Outcomes:
  • Generate 1015 marketing-driven leads per month
  • Deliver 10 qualified leads per quarter
  • Maintain engagement with 4060 priority accounts
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and run targeted outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn engagement, calls and focused marketing initiatives.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) engagement programs for priority accounts.
  • Develop multi-touch outreach sequences combining email, LinkedIn messaging, calls and event invitations.
  • Guide LinkedIn engagement including direct messaging and campaign-aligned posting.
  • Track campaign engagement and outreach responses and ensure timely follow-up with BD teams.
  • Refine outreach approaches based on response patterns and campaign performance.

2. Marketing Programs & Operational Coordination (30%)

Anchor marketing execution across regional initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing support for regional events, partner initiatives, and industry programs.
  • Work with the website manager to ensure campaign pages, event pages, and registration flows are created and maintained.
  • Coordinate development of campaign assets, event collateral, and digital materials with internal teams.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives have clear timelines, deliverables, and follow-up plans.
  • Maintain visibility across campaign execution and ensure initiatives stay on schedule.

Requirements

  • 1012 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B technology, consulting, enterprise software, or professional services marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation and account-based marketing.
  • Experience working closely with sales or business development teams.
Skills & Capabilities:

Communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft clear outreach messages for senior decision makers.
Campaign & Marketing Execution
  • Experience designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and ABM-style outreach.
Operational Capability
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating marketing deliverables across teams.
Analytical Thinking
  • Ability to track engagement signals and campaign performance.
  • Comfortable refining outreach strategies based on response data.

Success in the Role -
Within the first 3 months, the person in this role should:
  • Establish a consistent demand generation rhythm across priority accounts.
  • Deliver qualified leads that convert into BD conversations.
  • Build strong alignment with regional teams and business development leaders.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives tied to campaigns and events run predictably and on time.
This Role Is Not Intended For:
  • Pure content writers or social media managers.
  • Early-career marketers whose experience is limited to campaign execution or digital posting.
  • Candidates seeking a role focused primarily on brand marketing or creative work.
