As a Product Marketing Manager, the person will be responsible for all the marketing activities related to Business Banking products like Current Account & Merchant Acquiring, Government Banking and Retail Institutions banking
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing campaigns to drive acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and of all the said products
- Closely collaborating with the product and campaigns team to drive the effective customer acquisition, servicing, deepening and engagement through effective communication and the same is delivered within timelines
- Understanding market conditions/ current events to leverage and come up with quick tactical campaigns
- Prepare go-to-market strategies for key launches/campaigns
- Keeping in touch with competition campaigns and offers to work on creating better campaign ideas for customers
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates various products in the market
- Channel & Sales enablement
- Understanding various digital platforms to have a differentiated communication plan for each
- End-to-end execution of campaigns including co-ordination with the campaigns and other tech teams
- Engagement & Customer Lifecycle Management communication
- Work closely with alliance, events/activation and social media team for customer engagement initiatives
- Vendor management- Ability to manage creative agencies, printers and other vendors and ensuring deliveries within committed project timelines
- Planning & Budgeting- Plan and manage annual marketing budgets for your respective products and track the same closely.
