Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with 13 years of experience to support RegTrac's brand, communication, and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise with an interest in regulatory affairs, ensuring that all communications reflect our domain authority and global credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Design and implement the Marketing Induction Program for onboarding new hires.
  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress + Elementor), publishing blogs and creating service pages aligned with regulatory topics.
  • Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and event visuals for international expos and client engagements.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end social media and digital marketing campaigns; track analytics and report ROI.
  • Support marketing budget planning and performance evaluation through metrics and insights.
  • Liaise with internal experts to author, edit, and submit award nominations and thought leadership content.
  • Represent RegTrac at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote services and engage prospects.
  • Provide real-time event coordination support, including pre/post-event marketing and technical setup.
  • Support presales teams with client-facing decks and proposals showcasing regulatory expertise.
  • Coordinate internal communications and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform marketing strategy.
  • Conduct brand and marketing training sessions for internal teams.
  • Mentor interns or trainees in the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B marketing; experience in consulting or life sciences sectors preferred.
  • Understanding or interest in regulatory affairs, compliance, or life science domains.
  • Strong design and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with website management tools (WordPress, Elementor).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
